WPC Yearbook
In the summer of 2009 the World Petroleum Council appointed the publishing group energy-future toproduce a special WPC yearbook for 2009/10.
Published to coincide with the 2nd WPC Youth Forum, its content was designed in line with the topics ofthe 'Energise Your Future' event. With its special focus on youth and the industry, the aim was to provide young people and those interested in the energy industry with a modern look at the oil and gas sector and its operations.
The guide addresses not only the basics of how the industry works, but also looks at the role of the petroleum sector on issues such as sustainability, social responsibility, corporate governance and the role and opportunities for young people in the global oil and gas industry.
